Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable and non-transferable amount of $40 for special occasion makeup/hair/lessons applies to cancellations within 24 hours. Bridal cancellations are a non-refundable and non-transferable amount of 50% of total amount. COVID-19 Exemption to T&C's applies during level 4 & 5 Restrictions in SA. - Please contact us immediately if your booking is affected by restrictions above to organise your credit note for you to use your credit when restrictions are at ease again and you are able to utilise the services.
